Shipping

Orders are processed and despatch by the warehouse within 24 working hours for orders placed by 12 o’clock midnight (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday. Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You must wait to receive the goods and then return them.

Regardless of the payment method used, the Customer will always receive a Shipping Confirmation email where it is possible to check the order and shipping status.

 

DELIVERY

Portugal – Products are normally delivered within 3 working days from the order despatch date in Portugal.

Europe – Within 5 working

Rest of the world – Within 8-15 working days 

All orders are processed automatically, so it is impossible to change the despatch and delivery times. Carriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays; delivery times may incur delays during Portuguese holiday periods.

TRACKING ORDERS

When the order is despatched, an email is sent to the Customer with order tracking details. After 24 hours from order despatch, it is possible to track the order by clicking the tracking link included in the email.

Payment Methods

Strelitzia accepts the following payment methods: Multibanco, MBWay, credit card, debit card and PayPal.

MULTIBANCO

With Multibanco method, after the checkout you will receive an “Entidade”, “Referência” and “Montante”, then you shoud proceed the payment in a ATM or in your Home Banking. This method is exclusive to Portugal.

Refunds on returned goods with this method will be made via bank transfer, you’ll need to indicate your IBAN.

MBWAY

With the MBWay method, after the checkout you will receive an notification in your phone app “MBWay” to proceed the payment, you just need to accept the payment there.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD

We accept credit, debit or prepaid cards issued by the main international circuits: Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard,/Maestro and American Express.

After order confirmation, you will be automatically transferred to the page of our partner Stripe where you can enter your card details: card number, expiry date and CVV2/CVC2/CID security code.

On Mastercard and Visa cards, the security code is a 3 digit number on the back, next to the signature strip.  On American Express cards, the security code is a 4 digit number on the front of the card.

Refunds on returned goods will always be made to the card originally used to purchase them.
